Dear Linda and Richard,

I can’t thank you enough for all you did for me in resolving the insurance claim when my granddaughter inadvertently flooded my house. Helen Costas Tesi recommended Champion Adjustment highly after her great experience with you, and she is very hard to please! Richard was at my house assessing the damage within an hour of my call. He took care of calling in flood damage experts who were also extremely good at their job, not to mention personable and accommodating. All the damaged material which included ceilings was removed and dehumidifiers installed in short order. Richard followed up when the insurance adjuster came to survey the damage. Linda was wonderful with the paperwork and following up. This was a godsend in a situation where the bank that holds my mortgage made everything else as difficult as possible. Richard and Linda together dealt with the insurance money to make sure I got the most out of my claim.

Thankfully, all repairs have been finished and will never be necessary again. I would not hesitate to call Champion Adjustment should I ever need to file another claim. And I would not hesitate to recommend Champion Adjustment to friends, family and neighbors.
