A Public Adjuster is an authority on loss adjustments. We do not work for the Insurance company, we only work for the public. We are retained to represent the public and are used for preparing, filling and adjusting Insurance Claims. Our job is to make sure your Insurance company pays you an equitable settlement for what you are entitled to under your Insurance policy.

There is no risk to you or your finances. Our service fee only represents a small percentage of your claim. Based on our expertise, we can usually get you a better settlement for your claim. Do I have to pay any money up front?

NO. We are brought in as a FREE Consultation to assess your claim. We are not paid any money until you collect on your claim from the Insurance company. If you do not collect on your claim you owe us nothing.

Will I be denied or Canceled if I hire a Public Adjuster?

No. A Public Adjuster is a licensed and insured professional. The State Department of Insurance, states, that it would be a violation of your rights if any Insurance company denies or cancels your policy based on hiring a Public Adjuster. You have the right to hire a Public Adjuster to help you settle your claim with your Insurance company.
